Recently we needed help selling a home that belonged to my Mother. In the end, Stephen was able to sell the home for way more than my siblings and I ever thought possible. He was there the whole way, helping us get the house ready, marketing, interfacing with the probate attorney, and helping us pick and negotiate amongst the 20+ offers we received. Stephen is your go to agent for finding the home you really want. A few years ago he helped me sell my condo, which he helped me purchase 10 years prior, and find a beautiful historic home. On the selling side, he was very responsive to questions and he handled everything from staging to high quality photography. On the buying side, Stephens knack for listening and asking questions while doing showings helped us hone in on what I really wanted. I also appreciate that he threw in some this is a little different, but you may like it momentsand one of those is actually the home I purchased.
