Where do I even begin.. Chayan and his team are absolutely great at what they do. He will advocate on your behalf to the best of his ability and never put you in a compromising position when it comes to making offers. We ran into a snag with a potential lender during escrow and he was able to pivot at the right time to save our deal. I can honestly say that without his guidance we wouldnt be homeowners.
