    Horrible experience working with this company on selling our home.  The broker, Alicia, dictates everything but yet never introduced herself to us.    Alicia makes their agents look like clones in black suits with white shirts...and chastises them if not in their "uniform".  May as well go back to the 90s and wear the gold jackets.Alicia also made our realtor a pawn where we blamed her but it was not her fault.  Not only did Alicia tell us one price to get us to sign their contract she also didn't do her research on our property when listing it.  Then 7 days in they told us they were wrong and highly recommended we drop the price $30k.  Due to Alicia's lack of knowledge, she also pushed us to sign documents to cover her mistakes in the listing of our house.  In today's digital world, they have no idea how to stage or market a property.  You don't do open houses for 8 days straight...waste of time.Do your research and make sure your realtor is actually a broker so you don't have someone behind the scenes pulling the strings.  Do not recommend this agency to represent selling a home.

    I am enrolled in the program currently, and Alicia is so helpful and knowledgeable about current market trends, DRE, etc. It has been a long time since I have studied for anything, so the study method that C21 On Target provides has been soooo helpful for me. I was afraid to try to get my license since it has been so long since I have been in school, but Alicia is always patient and explains everything so clearly - it really has been a great experience. I am set to take my exam in November, and I couldn't feel more ready. With all of the study materials provided, guidance/advice from Alicia, and readily available receptionist who always takes my calls and answers my questions happily, I am feeling very confident going into my exam, and I am more than pleased with the service I received. Would highly recommend coming to Century 21 On Target if you are interested in getting your real estate license. A very kind, gentle energy from everyone who works here as it is a small, tight-knit, friendly office. You will not be disappointed.I look forward to working with Century 21 On Target in the future as a licensed Real Estate Agent!

    I was the seller of a home and Llari was representing the buyer.  We had a 15 day period for the removal of all contingencies (inspection, appraisal and loan approval).  During the home inspection (8 days after escrow opened) I asked her when the appraisal was being done..she turned to my agent and asked him.  My agent searched his calls, emails etc feeling bad he may have missed the appraiser.  We found out that the appraisal was only prefer AFTER the inspection and we would not meet the contingency periods.  I addressed this with her and that the lack of transparency and truthfulness was unethical.  Once they did have inspection, appraisal and loan approval she would not return my agents calls, texts or emails to remove contingencies.... only when they wanted to do a final walk through the week of closing did they remove contingencies after I said I would only allow the walk through if they did.  We had a 30 day rent-free agreement after closing.  Llari kept trying to move it back 5-7 days... I was bombarded with texts etc and I gave her the same response she gave us during the critical times of the transaction.  She's young inexperienced and not forthcoming.  I wouldn't do business with her or her broker if they are the one guiding her decisions.
