Was a very good experience with the doctor she is knowledgeable and willing to listen and explain procedures and outcomes I was anxious about one eye surgery and she was patient and confident and considerate. Willing to repeat and explain procedure it went well. Also she called after surgery and reassured me that she can be reached if necessary

So originally I was super frustrated trying to book my most recent appointment. I had been here a year and a half prior. Left two different voicemails, responded to their automated text messaging system when you call and filled up the form online and never heard back. I was pretty upset because of health challenges and the staff and the doctor bent backwards to get me in with less than 24 hours notice. They really made up for it and explain how the issues are having with a new system started just prior to me trying to contact them so it's been several weeks of adjustments and growing pains. Plus with increased demand and being down one of their providers it has really stressed their business. I was very thankful that they were able to see me when I actually drove and talked to them in person. Even while needing to work through her lunch, Dr Muk was very thorough in her examination to help get to the bottom of the dizziness, headaches and eye strain thank you for all of that!
