Nicole I'm confused.Not ONCE during the 3 hours we had together did you mention you had this photo of the eyebrows you were hoping to achieve. Had you shown this to me, and said this is the look you were hoping for, I wouldn't have taken you as a client because not I, or any other artist, could achieve those results working over the previous brow tattoo you had done years ago. In your review, you don't mention you already had an existing bad tattoo done somewhere else, which is a big factor to consider in this experience.What happened instead, and I clearly explained to you, was that I would design a possible shape with a pencil first. I said if you liked what I came up with, we can move forward. If you didn't, there was no pressure for you to continue with the service. You agreed, and you liked the design we came up with.I really think it's unfair of you to leave a review saying I didn't deliver your expected results from a photo, when you NEVER mentioned or showed this photo to me. The style of brow in that photo is very distinct and is called Ombre, which isn't even our signature technique we do at our studio. If that was the specific look you were going for, why not make an appointment with the studio that is advertising that look? I even did a virtual brow demo of the possible shape we can do with the limitations of working over your old tattoo before you even booked your appointment.You left our studio happy with your brows. I know brow shock happens, and when you called me the next day, (which is when brows look the most striking and is the photo you took) I tried to reassure you that the brows would fade and soften significantly once all the scabs flake off. You then called me the third day claiming one of your brows was much thinner than the other, which I said we can adjust at your touch up.All this could have been avoided if you had mentioned this photo was what you were hoping to achieve. I would have simply stated it was impossible and that you needed complete removal first.As artists we have limitations on what we can realistically achieve. I know I was very honest and open about my ability about what I could do for your brows given their current condition. I just really wish you mentioned this photo was what you were hoping for and all of this could've been avoided because I would not have proceeded to work on your brows and would have recommended removal instead.
