I love Dr. Luelinda Tomlin. I've had glasses for a long time and have met many optometrist, and she seriously is the best by far. She listens and is extremely thorough and an all around wonderful person. I felt like I was with family with her, not just another doctors appointment. But in all honesty the receptionist, i.e. her husband, can be kind of rude. I don't think he means to be rude... I think it's just his personality... but it can be off-putting and make you feel unwelcome. .. so be prepared for that because the receptionist will probably never change since he's part of the business... overall you will get a 10/10 experience with Dr. Luelinda ... just watch out for the receptionist who can be unmannerly.

This place seems professional but is not well ran. They need a receptionist. They hardly answer the phone. When I filled out my paperwork I was told they would call me back. After calling back to back, they finally answered and the man argued with me and said they have a waiting list. If I was told that initially I would not have wasted my time. Also, they said they do not have a lot of selection for kids glasses through medi-cal. Other places I have called that might not be aesthetically nice have said they do have q number of options so not sure why they do not. I guess not all that glitters is gold in this case. I'm sure they are good but just not match for us.
