I've had 3 visits over the years and everything went perfectly. The doctor and staff were friendly and professional. They all communicated well with me during the entire process. The building isn't fancy or new, but that doesn't matter to me. What matters is the end result. I will go back when it's time.

Came in today around 2 (a Saturday), and had a not so great experience. This place must've been good when it first opened, but pay attention to the later reviews. There's a reason they're all negative. Can confirm that the staff was incredible rude. The girl we talked to (glasses, in blue scrubs), was so rude when we asked simple questions. Gave attitude when we just asked about a basic examination price. They also charge a ridiculous price for contact examinations here. I've been wearing contacts for over 10 years, so the process is not at all new to me. This is the first time I've heard a place charge for an eye examination ($90-$100) PLUS A CONTACT LENSE FITTING (an ADDITIONAL $50-$60) according to the rude front desk. That would be approx $150-$160 JUST FOR THE EXAM, no contacts. That's ridiculous. I have never paid more than $80 TOTAL for an exam+fitting. Go to Costco, don't waste your time here!!! It's unfortunate because we live walking distance to this location, but have always hesitated because of the negative reviews. Listen to the reviews!!!! They're scamming you, it is not even near this much for contact lenses.
