Great doctor Grant, very understanding and does his best to inform his patients and provide best experience. He works with his clients as humans and not as production line numbers to max by the end of the day. Diane is a supervisor and one of BEST you see nowadays in our busy environment that really comply with what she promises. She worked with me on insurance issues and took her time to resolve them. All respect to her for her great work qualities to help customers. Thank you Diane.

They were not at all thorough. I tried to explain that I experience extreme eye strain within 10 minutes and they basically said then dont read for 10 minutes. They didnt dilate my pupils or anything. This was the least thorough eye exam I have ever had. DO NOT GO HERE.

The Physician did not greet me as a new patient. I went for a procedure and he was gonna send me on my way until we informed him I was there for a procedure. Only then, did he examine further and saw I needed the procedure. We had to ask questions as to any limitations or direction to my care. Staff was great. I was disappointed in the doctor.

They treat you like cattle, they are not personal they just handed me my new eye glasses, I had to ask them to adjust them for me. I paid my bill, 2 weeks later theyre sending me a new bill for $20 for what? I asked them to return my old lens and they said sorry they couldnt get them back! I will not be returning for new glasses. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!
