They will suck the oil through the dipstick, rather than using the drain plug, as designed. BAD Technician slaps the panels together under the vehicle, and hopes you won't look. Many modern vehicles have these plastic panels for aerodynamics, that remove with a couple of buttons or screws. They remove without care and halfash slap it back on, hoping you won't look. Sad.

Said they changed the oil and filter but they did not. I sure paid for it though. It happened about 6-9 months ago or I would file a dispute. Staff was nice about it. Not sure if that made things worse.
