        The service we get here is always above and beyond. All the staff is friendly and helpful. We are grateful for the care they provide our daughter.

        Really liked the place, and their ideology. I appreciate that they dont drop you from care if you dont take any or all of the recommended things going on in health care today. The reason why I gave them 3 stars is because of one Dr. in particular. My son is intact, and during an exam, this particular Dr. went to retract my son's foreskin without permission, and when I asked her not to she justified her actions as "some families do this." She should have apologized, but didnt. In reality, she should have at least asked first, or known that this isn't best practice for intact babies and can be painful and damaging. I was in shock after this happened, and I am now hesitant to refer others to this place.

        I liked the place well enough. Lots of friends have enjoyed their care here. We went for a physical and for vaccines. They failed to charge our insurance or notify us of issues with payment before sending us to collections. WHAT?!?!? Very disappointed. We would have no problem paying if proper communication was made. :-/

We're glad to hear that you generally had a positive experience and that your friends have enjoyed our care as well.Unfortunately, we do not determine what is covered under your insurance plan. If you have questions about what is covered under your plan, please contact the member services on the back of your insurance card. Our process includes billing insurance as usual and notifying any patients with an outstanding balance statement via mail at 30, 60, and 90 days. At 120 days, we notify patients that we will send outstanding balances to collections. Unfortunately, your case fell through the cracks. We sincerely apologize for the billing and communication issues regarding your physical and vaccine visit. We understand your frustration and disappointment, and we take your case very seriously. Our responsibility was to notify you appropriately, and we missed the mark. We were able to communicate this problem with you and determine the reason for missing your case. We were able to reach a conclusion and reprocess your billed visits.
