Very fast and efficient during the finger printing process. Kind workers, very clean and organized. A little hidden since they are behind the gate, but the door to the gate is open. They take appointments and walk-ins, and the prices are fair. I paid $77 but my company did not cover any of the expenses for the Live Scan so the price may be vastly different to what you may pay. That being said I still highly recommend because its perfect for anyone who has weakness or struggles getting fingerprinted. You do not have to move your fingers they will roll them and do everything for you. So, if you have ever struggled getting finger printed or have weak hands or any arthritis, this is a great place! In addition, I know a couple of people that struggle because they have very dry hands, but you wont have any problems here since they are already very prepared. They have you sanitize your hands and then apply lotion on your hands and finger tips to be able to read your prints. (Most places in my experience, you usually have to bring your own or they scramble to find something and they take about 4 tries per finger to get a good print, but we had no problems here!) Great atmosphere with their music and small water fountain! Overall great experience, highly recommend!

I was at Long beach Live Scan Fingerprint & Notary. I met Steven, he was nice and focus. There was no delay for whatsoever. Steven took care of my business in a timely manner. Today, I had a great opportunity to work with Kobe. He was very kind, patient, and respectful. Kobe guided me, and provided answers to my questions. Though, their price is a little high, I still recommend Long Beach Live Scan Fingerprinting & Notary to everyone, and I give them 5 stars. Thank you.

I went to Long Beach Live Scan Fingerprinting and Notary on 9/5/23 to get my live scan fingerprints taken for a job. Before he started the process, I told Kobe that my fingerprints are fainter and might need a few tries to be successfully recorded. But I have done live scans 10+ times for jobs and volunteer work, and all the operators have been able to take my fingerprints within 20 minutes. Kobe said it was no problem and that he would get them easily. As he was taking my fingerprints, most of them flashed red on the screen and said they needed to be done again. I asked him about this, and he said it was no problem. He explained that they would go through with the DOJ even though they were red because Ive had live scans done in the past, and he was able to get at least a four-finger print that flashed green. Even though I was unsure about this, he said he was an expert and had never had fingerprints rejected before, so I trusted him when he said they didnt need to be re-done. The next day, my employer told me that my fingerprints were rejected by the DOJ for the following reason: Fingerprint Quality Too Low To Be Used. I need to have the fingerprints done again because of Kobes errors in taking them, but Long Beach Live Scan has completely disappeared on me. In the past week, I have called them three times, left messages, and emailed them with no response. I also went to their office and the gate that leads into the complex is locked. So, they have taken my $75 and not provided any service successfully. Im supposed to start my job, but now thats delayed because of their error and unwillingness to make it right or even call me back. Im going to have to pay another company to take my fingerprints now and waste even more of my time and money. I have to warn you not to trust Long Beach Live Scan or waste your money on services they cannot complete successfully. They have been unprofessional and terrible to deal with.
