        What a good group of people that work here. Two weeks ago I lost my wallet (that was not only designer, but also sentimental) at a restaurant on pine street. When I went back to try and find it, I was informed they did not have it. Some other guests at the restaurant said they saw a homeless person pick up something and walk away from where I had been sitting outside. I knew at that point Id probably never see my wallet or the contents inside of it again. Well, today I received a call from Sergio, the operations manager with the Long Beach Alliance. One of his team members was out on patrol and found the wallet. They brought it back and was able to locate me through my business card inside. Because of Sergio and his team, I was reunited with my belongings. It means a lot to know that there are good people out there working for the city and making sure the residents are taken care of to the best of their abilities.
