        Very rude Im self conscious about my feet because my long toes I decided to finally get my toes painted and multiple nail tech workers gathered around staring at me feet laughing awful experience

        I love my nail tech Terry! Didn't get her or a good pedicure this time. My nails look great but are really cut up from her. Cuticles hurt. Lady that did my pedicure did the same. Plus burned my feet many times. Putting the treatments and using the stones was horrible. Never again. I will stick to my usuals!

        I made an appointment. I showed up 15ish minutes early. They sat me in a chair and then promptly ignored me for 25 minutes. I gave up and got up to leave. Then they acted incredulous that I was leaving and tried to blame me because my appointment was at 5 and I showed up at 4:45. Except I didn't walk out until about 5:10 and they could've communicated with me AT ALL instead of simply ignoring me for 25 minutes and then blaming me when yes, I was early, but they were late. So yeah, terrible service.

        The place was outdated especially for their prices, they dont even ask if you want another drink, they just took the cup. I wouldve happily paid. they made me and my sister bleed during our pedicures , she massaged my legs AFTER she started applying my polish and it was only the ankles, they didnt oil my cuticles either. So my hands and feet were just ashy. I am just disappointed because Ive been wanting to try this shop for so long. And the massage chairs are uncomfortable..

      Hi Kayla, we apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations. We value our customers and take every feedback seriously. It is true that our price is outdated, we want to keep old prices since Covid as an appreciation for our supporters. Our policy is still the same as every customer who receive a beauty service will receive a compliment alcohol drink by California State law. Therefore, we are not able to serve and sell the second drink by law. We normally provide a massage after you get polished if you get gel color because the massage oil will reduce the dryness of the gel color. However, if you do regular no gel color, the technician will do the massage first before applying the color. We hope that these information can clear up some misunderstandings you have had. We hope to see you again and serve you again in the nearest future. Thank you.
