This at one time was my favorite go-to spot for pedicures. Upon my last visit, which was about 5 months ago, I received a pedicure from a very jazzy and talkative manicurist. She had never done my pedicures before. While cutting my cuticles, I recall her going in a little too deep, but she kept suggesting that she needed to. I did alert her that it was starting to hurt and be more gentle. After leaving, so far, so good, but a few days later, I ended up in urgent care due to an infection on both big toes. The numbness and pain was becoming unbearable. I was given a week supply of antibiotics and was told to follow up with my primary physician. You may ask why I didn't go back and report this incident? Well, to be honest, I wanted to take my medical report for documentation, but in the past, I have found that these types of establishment never want to believe that they are at fault. Then, as luck would have it, you would then become the problem, which in turn result in them not wanting to serve you any longer. So, I counted this place as a loss. Now, mind you, I'm a creature of habit, but on this particular day, the lady that would normally do my pedicure was busy so they passed me on to someone new which was a terrible mistake. This review isn't to say that the business in general is bad. But one bad apple can spoil it for all. I now have my pedicures done in Cypress. So far, so good

Poor customer service, and lack of expertise in all areas. The female pedicurist kept snipping me with the tools. She also burned my skin with the nail buffer multiple times. She also had an attitude with me because I asked for French tip and when she tried to do it, she had to redo the French tip more than five times before she actually got it right (I see why she was mad when I ask for it because she did not know how to do it ).The male manicurist trying to do my hands, but he did not know how to do designs, so I left with just clear dip powder. Do not get the powder here as it will have a lot of bubbles in them. When I tried to show the owner the bubbles in my nails, he brushed me off. They also charged me for a manicure, but did not give me one. All they did was remove the dip and add new dip. My cuticles were never touched. I am highly disappointed with the service I received and will never return, good luck if you decide to visit here.
