        Literally customer service is a joke. Had a backpack with me since Im out of state (not very big). There bag policy is 12in and my bag is 14in. The manager literally got a tape measure and said we cant go in. I understand policy, but being strict on something like this is just pathetic. Calaboso was the manager name I was given if that is his real name. All the team members I dealt seemed like they hated their job and lived for the petty things like this.

        The handicapped seating is on the mezzanine & you use the elevator which is great. There's a Starbucks & they serve beer too. I really enjoyed it.
