        Some people got hooked on Netflix, but I always was a fan of Redbox, until recently. It seems like every other time I go to a Redbox to rent a movie either the machine isn't working or it freezes or one of the discs is not playable. The customer service tries to make up for it with giving you codes for free rentals, which is nice, but you end up with the same problems once you get to the Box. If they want to stay in business, they really need to update those machines. Because trying to push online streaming just makes them another fish in the huge pond of companies with online streaming!
