I have been fortunate enough to work with several great realtors over the years but Nikki is, by far, the BEST realtor I have worked with to date. Nikki helped me sell my late fathers home. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about the complicated nature of an estate home sale in a overly strict senior community but she went above and beyond to help us get the home renovated and show-ready while showing immense compassion and empathy during our grieving process. I also immensely appreciated her responsiveness to all of my questions as well as her proactively keeping me looped in on the status of interested buyers. I strongly recommend Nikki if youre looking for a high quality realtor who goes the extra mile. I would use Nikki again in a heartbeat!

The experience I had with Nikki was excellent. She was always responsive to my emails. And very attentive to your concerns and needs. Nikki knows what good customer service is and how important communication is to a successful outcome for her clients. It is nice to have someone so caring in your corner. Being a senior citizen, you tend to be wary of being taken advantage of. My wife and I always felt that she had our best interest in mind at all times. It was great.
