If I could give Angie a thousand-star review, I would. I worked with Angie Rebennack this summer, when having to handle my father's probate estate. My father lived in California, while I reside in Ohio. The difficulties of handling a parent's death is one thing, but to manage an estate and having to sell a house at such distance is an undertaking I was beyond overwhelmed by. For those that don't know, probate is very different than just a regular sale or an estate with a will. I didn't know who to trust. I didn't understand the real-estate market or laws in California. I didn't know where to begin and then she came into my life. Angie was more than just an agent; she was a support and strength that I didn't know I needed at that time. She was not only invested in ensuring we received the best deal possible but embraced my sister and I as what felt like an extension of her family. Angie went above and beyond-from skyping us while at the house to ensure we didn't miss anything, to constant updates, to phone calls simply just to check in on how we were doing. Her kindness and generosity are genuine; her intelligence and fight in this industry are unmatched by any other. She's aggressive with a sale, but never with her clients. Angie's instincts were spot on when an initial buyer was trying to be deceitful in the sale. She educated us on the possibilities and how to proceed, but also allowed my sister and I to make the decision. Working with Angie over those few months was a light in a very tumultuous storm. What I hold most dear is that Angie cares more about her client's story than a sale- which indirectly allows her to fight harder for them. If only she could be licensed across the nation, Angie would be THE ONLY agent I'd ever work with that's how AMAZING she is.
