While dealing with 3 different realtors at once, it was easy to see that Jack stood out of the crowd by miles. He was extremely professional and went above and beyond his scope of work. Friendly and easy to talk to, but when its time for him to go to bat- he hits home runs. 100% professional. He was able to successfully assess the market value of our home and bring everything to a close on time, while getting us the numbers that we hoped for. Well be calling on him again for our next real estate venture.

Jack Tanner is a saint! He was introduced to us by another party that was also really pleased with his services. He asked what we were looking for and hoping to get and ended up telling us he could get us better and we deserve better than what we were selling ourselves short for.
Our goal as a young couple was to buy in a promising neighborhood that would allow us to raise a family with the best opportunities for our child. And thats exactly what Jack Tanner sought out for. Not only did he find us a dream spot, he also looked for a dream of a lifetime deal. We were able to score a spot before it went on market so we didnt even have to compete with anyone else. On top of that, there were areas of the house that needed repairs and he negotiated to have them done for us prior to negotiations closing.
He went even further to introduce us to contractors he personally uses and we cant be any happier with the network weve built through his introductions. Jack didnt have to go the extra mile for us, but he did, and I think that really goes a long way.

Jack and his team at Beach Cities provided the absolute best experience when we purchased our first home earlier this year.
