Worst service every. I have been in too many Mercedes benz dealer for my other cars but this one is the worst. They dont care what you need. They dont even ask what you want. I bought a car 14 days go and from day one the car has a big oil stain all over the car. I bring the car again and no one is willing to clean it. Worst experience ever.

If I can give zero stars I would. Very bad customer service. Originally bought a car in for a flat tire was told by customer care that the tire will be $75 at this location upon finding out the actual price of the tire I canceled the service, but my car was on recall for the fuel pump. Fuel pump was serviced and completed. I received a text from Harry Stating that service was completed and the car was washed. Service team has driven the car over 25 mph on the damage tire possibly damaging the rim. I am now able to see the side of the rim. I am awaiting a tow truck and service advisors and managers have refused to give me a valid ETA of a tow truck. If you are dissatisfied with the customer service they treat you like dog poop. Been here since 7:15 waiting on a tow truck its now 9:44 and still no update by management of eta of tow truck. I missed work today

I been having bad experiences every time Im here for service, sometimes they dont fix the issues and times they dont handle the car with care, this time they left trash and moved my things around. Also, they need to have better customer service and represent Mercedes as it supposed be.
