Never again will I receive help . I was misdiagnosed by Allyson Wells . Allyson tried to force medication on me and threatened me that if I did not take meds I was not being compliant. Well after I disclosed to my therapist multiple Times that I would not see Allison anymore for trying to peer pressure me to do some thing I did not want to do Allison then felt the need to contact the dmv to get my license taken away after I just received it a month prior . Allyson added additional diagnosis to gov paperwork that she never disclosed to me or my therapist . After she filled my dmv paperwork forms out her assistant called me to come pick them up . She shouldve acknowledged to me her concerns of me driving since she filled out the paperwork speaking very poorly of me and was able to come up with new diagnosis that I should bring a driver to drive . You know since she filled out the dmv paperwork stating that I was at risk to public safety ... I never received a apology from the dr or the director of the company . They will not take fault and now my vehicle I just purchased on a title lien is now being repossessed due to no license no insurance . And Allyson is still working even after all this mess . I came to this place for help after losing two family members to COVID but instead of help I got the exact opposite my life is now ruined and everything I worked so hard for is being stripped away from me and these people will not even take responsibility and fix the situation that they made. Weird thing is I only spoke to the dr two times . And I speak to my therapist weekly . If anyone had any concerns it would have been the therapist since she knows me more than a dr that only spoke to me two times and was very unprofessional and rude .
