This clinic has gone downhill, they take forever to help you and then once they see you then don't even do anything to actually help you. The place is super dirty all the time now. It wasn't like this before. I had to go to another clinic because they weren't able to help me like they should have...

This place is BAD!!! I used to see Dr. Lombardo. HORRIBLE!! I had elevated numbers for my white blood cell count and my thyroid hormones. Never one peep from this doctor. Not one suggestion that I get more blood work done. That was in 2018. Of course, I had not idea what these things were and needed a doctor to explain them to me. But good ol' "doctor" Lombardo was NOT interested in follow through. Just two weeks ago my new doctor at a new medical group diagnosed me with LEUKEMIA due to my even HIGHER white blood cell count. I'm going to see a hematologist next week for further tests and diagnosis. Had "doctor" Lombardo been interested in actually practicing what he took an oath to practice, perhaps we could have caught the LEUKEMIA earlier and I may have been better off. Actually, I have TWO cancers... Chronic Lymphocitic Leukemia and Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. "Doctor" Lombardo should not be practicing medicine. He simply does not care. He was adverse to questions or dealing with a few other issues I needed to tend to. I also saw Kathleen Morgan once. She was no better. Snarky, rude, sarcastic. I had gone to see her for regular migraines with vomiting but she just wanted to give me a prescription medicine and was not interested in further investigation into WHY I was having these headaches. It's just too easy to offer meds instead of looking into an issue to see if there are any serious underlying conditions. Very dangerous practice. At one point, because I was not happy with her care, she snorted  something to the tune of "Well, you're not going to get a body scan for a headache"!!! I have no respect for either of these "doctors" and I have changed medical groups all together.

Terrible experience all around. First the place is filthy dirty. Then they make you wait for ever. Lastly the customer service is terrible. I won't be coming back.

Just wanted to give an update during this pandemic. My previous pcp Dr. Kostova left the practice so I was assigned Dr. Morgan. I had to be seen for my refill and wasn't too sure what safety protocols would be like.They provided me with their own mask, and took my temperature at the door before entering. I had already checked in online, and saved my payment info for my copay. Once inside all I had to do was give my name. No touching of the community sign in clipboard. I waited no more than 10 minutes to be called in, and maybe another 10 to see Dr. Morgan. She was incredibly nice, and was easy to talk to. I was in and out of there in 30-40 minutes. My prescription was sent to the pharmacy and ready in a few hours.

Dr Dionisio Dabu is 4 foot tall, not even from this country and did not even go to medical school in the USA. Yet he is here...holy f#$k...how is this possible? He was my primary care physician for 5 months and everytime he saw me he was rude and would not let me tell him why I was there..he barely speaks English and after reading his bio I can see why...he was born in the phillipines..so i dont know how he is here in California..anyway he denied me medical access and lied to me as well with regards to my patient rights...he told me that a couldnt see a general surgeon or an orthopedic surgeon because my insurance didnt cover it...another lie...I rushed to call my insurance provider and they could not believe that he denied me health coverage.beware of this fraud of a doctor..so after 14 months of pain and agony I'm stuck in the same spot cause now my new PIH doctor is not available...they keep telling me that my appointment is cancelled and to reschedule...healthcare is a joke now here in California..if the doctor wants to help he will....if not your f#$^ed...this is sad...anyway besides being treated like scum and lied to he went on to tell me to enjoy life because I worry to much...so ended up being diagnosed with a FRACTURED spine and herniated disc...yeah how am I suppose to enjoy life being in pain 24/7?...huh Dr. Dionisio Dabu? EXACTLY....THIS 4 FOOTER WHO DIDNT EVEN PRACTICE MEDICINE HERE IN THIS COUNTRY TOLD ME TO ENJOY LIFE...AFTER HE LITERALLY TOLD HE HAD GIVEN UP ON ME..INCOMPETENT..DISRESPECTFUL..RUDE...HORRIBLE DOCTOR...HOPE NO ONE EVER HAS TO SEE HIM..IF YOU DO TRY NOT TO SPEAK CLEAR ENGLISH CAUSE HE HATES THAT...IF YOU SPEAK BETTER ENGLISH THAN HIM YOURE DONE...HE WILL MAKE SURE TO NOT HELP YOU AND GET YOU OUT OF HIS OFFICE ASAP...HE ALSO GET MAD IF YOU ASK QUESTIONS...HE ACTUALLY GRUNTED LIKE A 4 FOOT CHILD ABD MAKE FACES OF ANGER AND DISDAIN WHE. I ASKED HIM BASIC QUESTIONS ABOUT MY HEALTH...CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT? I THOUGHT DOCTORS WERE THERE TO HELP YOU...IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD...
