-5 STARS! If you've ever gotten them to answer the phone, go buy a lotto ticket immediately! I've never had an experience with a doctor's office not answering any calls the way they do. I went there a few times to get botox for my migraines. I wasn't getting the same relief as I was with prior neurologist so I also began seeing a massage therapist. This seemed to greatly help buy, when I told the doctor, he greatly discouraged me doing this but had no valid reasoning. I decided to return to my prior neurologist, who had moved to San Diego, and I will gladly do the 2 hour drive there instead of the 5 minute drive to this place!

One of Dr omidvar is wonderful, he cares about his patients and he stays up with new information. The best doctor I ever had.

I had a stroke in February, my discharge paperwork stated to see Neurologist in 3 weeks. My neurologist was Dr. Matloobi. I tried calling and ended up leaving a voice mail. I received the call back and was told the earliest I could see the neurologist was, June 21. What the honk!!It was stated, three week NOT 4 months!  What a total joke, I am pissed.

Impossible to make an appointment here. After three phone calls, I spoke to a woman who asked about my insurance. Medicare and Blue Shield PPO was obviously not acceptable as she disconnected and I never heard from them again. So unprofessional.
