The staff here are all friendly and accomodating. And the doctors would spend time with your concerns and answers your questions. They will call you back if needed right away.The pediatricians are good and nice. Thanks to Dr. Nichols and Dr. Watler! And also to the nice and friendly receptionist especially Marylou. And to the nice medical assistants especially Toni!

I had covid symptoms--difficulty in breath and rising fever--and had to wait for the doctor to approve my medications for 6 HOURS. I called in on 5 different occasions and was given the run around by all 5 employees. The whole time my symptoms worsened and my fever went up. "We've alerted the nurses and they will have this done for you in 30minutes" is what they told me every time. Just for me to have the recall the pharmacy and be told that they had not approved the medication. The last person i spoke to JESSICA was even condescending towards me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

New patient of Dr. Jan Nguyen and I had the best experience. Reception 5 stars, Nursing staff (Reina, I believe) 5 stars, Patient liaison 5 stars, and Dr Nguyen 5,000 stars. Dr. Nguyen is light, warm-hearted and very caring. Everything you'd want your doctor to be. I was very nervous, but her office was very welcoming. I felt confident to be 100% honest without feeling judged or embarrassed. They made available any referrals and future appointments known and easily accessible. I really appreciate the whole staff and look forward to any future appointments without any fears.
