    Dr Aboutailb is incredibly kind and patient.Thank God I found him.He listens and has amazing bedside manners. He figured out that I was suffering with post concussion syndrome when nobody else noticed and left me without answers.He cared enough to do the groundwork to help me as much as possible.Took me 6 months or better before the headaches and spinning slowed down.He was extremly empathetic. Forever grateful for his kind and carrying way. His staff his were extremely sweet to me as well.

    Dr. Vassef has been helpful but didn't have a great office experience today. I understand that doctors do get over booked and runs late. Really disappointed in how her staff handled my concern of the doctor running over an hour late. The first time I asked if Dr.Vassef was going to see me, they said one patient was ahead of me, then I asked a second time because it was coming up an hour and the receptionists were on their lazy butts on their phones and rolled their eyes. What awful receptionists and patient customer care!!! Ive been a receptionist myself at a physical therapy clinic and when a patient has been waiting I try to check on them and keep them updated on their physical therapist status if I could.Dr.Vassef didn't really seem to care when I told her I was waiting a bit too long. So really disappointed and don't think I am coming back more so of the lack of professionalism from the receptionist staff. I understand again Dr.Vassef was probably backed up and appreciated her care overall but I cant take medical service from a poor front office staff because they are the face of the medical staff!!

    We have been going to this office since 2016. I'm not sure if there was an office staff change or  what but this whole year has been awful dealing with the office managers to get refills. My mother goes through a patient assistance program which has its own pharmacy. Anything that has to do with refilling her prescriptions through them is a mess. Amy, who is in charge of medication hates her job and is outright rude to the pharmacy as well as me whenever a refill is needed. She has hung up on both me & the pharmacy. I finally called & spoke to the other office manager, Cynthia who only cares about covering for Amy and was unhelpful in resolving the issues to get my mom's anti-seizure meds refilled. At this point, my mom is out of her medication and her prescription still has yet to be refilled. There's no oversight and they just get away with being incompetent. My advice is to find a different office. Don't go through what I am.

    Incredibly rude office staff led by Office Manager Cynthia, who hung up on me while I was trying to schedule an appointment for my elderly mother after an emergency hospital stay. Canceled scheduled office visits the day on more than one occasion. Sent incorrect information to Memorial Imaging Center causing us to have to bring my mother in for testing twice, then "didn't have" the results for two follow up appointments. Tests were in July/August of 2021 and we still do not have the results. At final office visit when results were still not available Dr. Vassef's response was,  "I just came back from maternity leave, I don't know what you expect me to do. "A truly awful experience all around.
