360 is really fun and always a great workout too. I was intimidated at first because I probably hadnt even thrown a punch in my entire life, and Im not in great shape, yet, but everyone is very supportive and welcoming. Im learning a lot about myself in the process. If you are looking to do martial arts I recommend trying 360.

Did this class years ago and I loved it. When I took this class I didn't kno much until I took this class I've learned so much in I still know what they teached me till this day 2023. I member when i first started I went in try kicking that heavy bag i hurt my ankle bad real bad LoL but when I learn how to kick properly I was kicking the hell out that heavy bag like crazy. Thanks to my instructor who I see is still there

I didn't know what to expect when I started. This was the first time for me taking any form of martial arts training. It was something I felt my son and I needed to do with the increasing amount of violence in our society and the need to be ready if something should occur. Alan, Candace, and Gracie are phenomenal. They have the right balance of teaching the discipline with a no nonsense approach, patience, and making it fun. I've learned a lot in a short time. .. and the thing I've appreciated the most is the sincerity and their commitment to you. Alan tells you straight when you're excelling or making corrections in your technique. He wants you to be at your best and will definitely give you the tools to defend yourself. I definitely feel I'm in the right place and have more confidence as a result.

I've been attending the school 3+ years, attend classes 3-5 times a week with my 13-year-old and 9-year-old sons, and I couldn't be happier with our progress.
