M Hara Lawnmower Shop

For about 2-3 years now I have been bringing my gas power chainsaw and pressure washer to Haras for service. I also purchased my Sthil chainsaw from them. Today put an end to my relationship with their services. I brought my pressure washer in for service 2-3 weeks ago for a staring issue. $195 later it started and ran but now there a no pressure. Tony told me it needed new a pump. I replaced the pump because they said they would do it. Today I brought it back because it wouldnt start again. When I brought it back, TONY refused to hear what I had to say. Tony was belligerent and was yelling at me and told me it wasnt their problem. I thought I was the customer. He swore at me and told me to get out of his store and walked away. Under no condition would I ever use their services on any of my tools or equipment. I would strongly recommend find another company to work on your equipment.

I called 10 other places and this was the only one that had what I wanted. Great stock of Stihl products!

I have been bringing my equipment here for 10 years, always cleaned and running like new. With other reviews on here they mention the wait time and no consideration to supply issues. Other shop have the same problem. I have brought a string trimmer in that I thought was completely run down, they rebuilt it and 3 years later it's still going strong.
