Early on Saturday morning the thermostat controlling my ancient floor heater went rogue. The heater came on by itself and would not shut off. The area near the heater was getting very hot and I worried about a fire. The heater was completely unresponsive to the thermostat. I called J & D and within the hour, Steve from J & D was at my house. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the thermostat and was on his way in about an hour. Steve was very professional and non-judgmental about my ancient floor heater... I am very grateful that J & D was available and had the expertise to quickly fix the problem with my heater.

Had another company in the area out to help with a sump pump. I had a bad feeling that the quote was high. I called J&D to get a quote and they saved the day. Literally the same job was 1/2 the price. They did an amazing job. I am so lucky I called them.

Called about 5 places to get a camera inspection for a sewer line on a potential buy. I couldnt get a quote from anyone over the phone. They quoted me a price and had me on the first visit of the next business day. Leo showed up on time, checked the lines and explained any potential issues and was out all in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend this company for sewer line inspections. I myself will be using them for my future plumbing work.
