My Faviote Planet Fitness!! Fabulous place to get a great workout!! Super friendly and couteous staff. All new exersise equipment. Locker rooms, showers, bathrooms and gym area are always exceptional clean. Located right on historical Pine Ave.

horrible location the customer service is trash the sewer-water green colored short curly haired female with piercings and the zesty african coworker were literally the most incompetent people i have ever met and moved slow as a turtle such a simple task of turning on a tanning bed was like doing calculus for them i had to leave and wasnt even able to go tanning after i applied my lotion already because the zesty african 1. charged me for eyewear, usually if i forget it i just get one for free from staff as its literally $1 he really took his sweet time to charge me and i had some where to be at 9 and arrived at 8:10? just to do a quick 9 min tanning bed and leave 2. i get in the room and theres no delay on the tanning bed so it starts almost as soon as i enter the room, i barely had time to undress. the bed is already started and my lotion isnt even on, bed eont turn off so i call front desk to turn the bed off and restart it with 6 minute delay and tell him i have somewhere to be at 9:30 and he is just moving slow as a turtle acting as if its something hard to do. you work with tanning beds daily and checking them it yet acting as if this is your 1st day on the job and have no idea what to do ??? at other locations if i ever have this problem its fixed within 3 mins so he finally stops the bed, and says he will restart it with 6 min delay i apply my lotion and bed still isnt turning on so i call again... tell him to turn it on as im ready now, he tells me to speak to his manager lol?? so he gives phone to his fellow weirdo and she says she will turn it on right away 3 mins later im standing in bed that hasnt been started yet so i get dressed and go to front desk myself cuz its like theyre playing with me at this point she makes me check in all over again when i told her i had somewhereto be at 9 ??? of course it wont let me resign in cuz 24 period can only tan once and system looks like i already tanned when i didnt so i tell her to just override system or use manager barcode to check me into new bed or restart mine from manager account (which has been done before at my home and other PF locations in LA if tanning beds have ever had problems/issues starting) she says she tried but she couldnt it wasnt working?? yet she never even scanned her/worker code!! then she says let her "text her manager" to get it sorted out ??? sorted out of turning on a tanning bed ??? them being so clueless had to be a joke i left didnt have time for their incompetence will go to other location without weirdos
