        Joining CrossFit Reality has definitely been one of the highlights of my year. Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive coaches, and a community that encourages to do your best and have fun doing it. Whats not to love? The gym is spacious, extremely clean, and equipped with everything you need for a good workout. No matter where you are in your CrossFit journey, whether youre an experienced athlete or just starting out, I highly recommend you check out CrossFit Reality. Youll fall in love with the gym, the coaches and the community in no time.

        I recently joined CrossFit Reality Gym in Signal Hill. It has been an incredible experience. The coaches, especially Coach Diego and Coach Raquel, have crafted a supportive environment where athletes of all levels thrive. Their team of coaches is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly patient, making it a welcoming space for everyone. Stepping out of my comfort zone in January was one of the best decisions, thanks to the expertise and encouragement from this outstanding team. Highly recommend for anyone looking to challenge themselves and reach new fitness heights!
