        My local go to Gym. It's always clean which is something I look for. The staff is very polite and helpful too. Crystal is such a great coach and owner. So many success story's I've seen here.

        So happy to have found LB Fit ClubI feel very comfortable and not intimidating at all .. members are friendly and Crystal is an amazing instructor with great patience.. other instructors are very nice and helpful as well .. Thank you for helping me get back on track .... .. Thank you very much Crystal for your patience and help... of course with the exercises but more importantly with meals that help with health... everyone here at this LB Fit Club studio is very kind and helps with what is necessary for each client...
