        I love the Camp vibe, workouts, and trainers. The owners ensure you have a positive client experience and the trainers are focused on your health and well being. Modifications to exercises for injuries are encouraged based on on-going or recurring rehab or therapy. Trainers are also focused on personalized workouts for your specific fitness needs! I am addicted to the workouts and love the awesome fit family that holds each other accountable in their fitness journey! If in Long Beach, try a workout soon!
