Vons

This place just gets consistently worse every day. They will literally let 40 people stand in line waiting to checkout. Now they have reduced their hours yet again.

It's your normal Vons. Clean and a wide variety. It's that what we expect? Since we are paying for the service they are selling us with higher prices.

This is a good grocery store if you live nearby. It has a parking garage and elevators that lead to the parking lot on the 2nd floor.

Luckily I was walking by the front door when I overheard a customer walking into the store and tell the security guard there was a bike on fire. Since my bike was the only one out there, I knew it was mine and looked and saw a guy working on burning the lock and the security guard literally just stood there and watched and I had to stop him myself. Then my lock was all burnt and stuck together and my bike wouldve been trapped if it werent for a Good Samaritan that got some pliers and destroyed the lock the rest of the way so I could get it out. They probably wait for that security guard to be on shift to steal bikes. I know theyre not responsible for other peoples property but youd think hed at least tell him to stop since he was 10x bigger than me. He knew I watched him stand there and do nothing and looked all awkward when he realized it was my bike he was just going to watch steal. Then he had the nerve to tell me I shouldnt leave my bike locked up there. I dont have a car and this is the best way for me to get groceries so thanks to that security guard Ill never have a simple grocery trip again. I changed it to a 3 star, because there is one security guard that definitely watches over the bikes. And its pretty much just the one specific guard that sucked, the other ones actually have been on it so I didnt think it was fair to leave it at a 1 star.
