The professional staff at Melinda McCoy's Flowers have and continue to provide beautiful arrangements to my family for birthdays and special events for over 20 years. The customer services has always been excellent. Melinda McCoy's Flowers has, as usual, innovated a gorgeous new arrangement that is only done by them: a Flower Bag Arrangement. All of my family has loved this new arrangement and have recommend Melinda McCoy's to their friends.

I decided to try out a local florist. WOMP. WOMP. Total fail on my end. I thought they could follow through with a valentines delivery to my disappointment they couldnt. You have one job on valentines day..deliver it on time. Do better.

I requested delivery before 5pm for an office delivery. However, by the early afternoon, I began calling to inquire about an estimated delivery time. Disappointingly, I was informed that if the delivery didn't occur by 7pm, it could be rescheduled for the following day.It appears their team doesnt communicate with one another. They seem disorganized and appear to have no schedule.
Delivery Service: 0/5
Failed to adhere to scheduled delivery time, despite ordering two weeks in advance. Delivery seemed more of a suggestion than a commitment.
Refund: 5/5
Promptly issued a full refund after failing to deliver. Disappointed with the experience and will never use their services again. If you need something delivered on time I recommend you find a different service.
