I'm so happy I found this place! Everyone was so helpful and quickly guided me to exactly what I wanted. Delivery was set up for the next day, and Moises was kind enough to bring along a rug with the delivery so I could see if I wanted it before I purchased it. The delivery was seamless and I LOVE my new couch. When they were on their way out, I even asked for opinions on a rug for a different room and later that day Moises texted me several beautiful options that he thought would look good. Really great experience overall, I'll definitely be back!

My experience shopping at caravana was pleasant. Moises was very helpful with what I should do to determine if the sofa is right for the apartment. Moises handed me a roll of tape(free of charge) and recommended I tape the dimensions on the floor to get a good idea of how the furniture will fit while Wendy printed out the dimensions of the sofa for me to take home and reference. Moises, his wife Wendy and Luis delivered the furniture themselves!! Wendy was cleaning up as Luis and Moises unpacked and setup the furniture. Their service and furniture is great!

My husband found this furniture store on Google and we are thankful he did. We were looking for a sectional sofa. We first went to a larger chain furniture store and found a sectional we liked, but the reviews for the company overall were terrible with the quality of the product and delivery. We couldn't fathom spending a decent amount on something that wouldn't last. We visited Caravana on Memorial Day and were pleased that they were offering a 20% sale. Wendy assisted us with selecting a sectional. It wasn't in the showroom but we were able to order it from their catalog. We also fell in love in with a bookshelf and coffee table and purchased that in addition to the sofa. They offer free delivery and set up within a 20 mile radius, which is unheard of at any other furniture store. Moises and his associate did a wonderful job with the delivery. Unfortunately our coffee table ended up having some water damage prior to delivery when it was stored in the warehouse. I emailed some photos of the defect and Moises answered promptly (on a Sunday!). He came back a few days later to replace the table, hassle free.We highly recommend shopping here. They are a family run business and have that personal touch only local places have. They offer a nice selection at reasonable prices and have excellent customer service.
