        Wonderful and comfortable office. Staff is efficient and kind - has taken care of our family over the years depending on insurance. Very responsive when we needed to get in quickly and also made sure we took care of those important preventative screenings (much to my hubbys chagrin). Great follow up on labs - called me after hours. Very personable and made my little shot fearing child feel comfortable and even laugh.

        Dr. Norcross was dismissive and condescending when I had severe stomach pain and issues. He never bothered to order lab work to find out if it could have been something serious. I was in bed for 3 weeks

      I'm sorry that you still feel bad, 3 years after I saw 1 time, for 3 days of stomach discomfort. I believe I asked you to come back in 1 week for further evaluation and labs, tests as indicated.I'm sorry if you felt I was condescending..If you still have symptoms after 3 years, please see a gastroenterology. If there is anything I can do to help you, please make appointment
