Staff is very nice. My BIGGEST COMPLAINT is... Results take way too long to get back. I was tested for 4-different things. 2 of my Results came back fairly quickly, but the rest of my results took 10 days. Thank God I was okay. If you're not as fortunate as me,  you'll be (burning with an std) until they get your results back. To get your std results should never take 10-days.

This is a non-profit organization centered around sexual health and specifically HIV/AIDs. One big service they do for the community is in providing free STD testing. Figuring out insurance, appointments, etc can be really cumbersome and I'm grateful organizations like this exist to make STD testing accessible, free and destigmatizing.They offer the services Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 11am and 7pm. It's walk in and all you need to bring are your ID and cell phone. The cell phone is so that you can complete sign up for the web portal to get results. Wait times vary, but you should probably plan at least an hour depending on when you go to be in/out. The test includes an instant result HIV/AIDs sample, a blood test and a throat swab to check out for other diseases (ask specifically what you'll get tested for).The nurses and staff are kind, efficient, and good at what they do. If you test positive for anything, they will treat you for free as well. Some of the results (like from the instant result test) are immediately available while others take 2-14 days. You get notified via phone and email to look at the lab results web site.If only all medical care was so simple and easy.
