Beautiful Smiles Dental Care

I was assigned this dentist first of the year. I've called them four times to schedule a cleaning -- calls go straight to voicemail and no one returns calls.

The staff here is unprofessional and do not have the courtesy to call a patient to reschedule or at least give them notification that they will not be seen. Rather they force you to go else where. Do not waste your time. They apparently have staffing issues. According to the rude receptionist who answers the phone and tells you that you will not be seen because they dont have enough staff to assist new patients. Dont worry I changed my PCP Dentist.

Had a truly odd experience here. New to the area, needed to find a dentist. Made an appointment months in advance. I showed up for my appointment to find the front door unlocked but all the lobby lights off and seemingly nobody in the building. The receptionist's computer screen was on, and there was a random cup of water out in the lobby, so it didn't looked "closed" exactly but it was dark and dead silent. I waited for probably ten full minutes, called out, knocked on the divider door, called their phone and heard it ring, but not a peep from anyone! I truly believe I was the only soul in the building. But it was well within their normal hours and I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. Lol. Anyway I called 3+ times after the fact trying to find out whether I'd had my time wrong and nobody ever answered the phone. Total waste of my time! Ugh!

If I could give this people a 0 star I would, do not waste your time with them, they schedule appointments and when you show up they say you are not on the schedule, I have taken my family to this dentist and everyone is clueless of what they are doing.

The staff is very welcoming. They will treat you like family and be up front with the cost options available and let you decide on which one you think might fit you better.
