Go somewhere else. Not worth the headache. The front office employees are rude and unprofessional. I have been going there for years and I got charged $50 for missing an appointment I didn't even know i had. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years, you think they would understand that i had no idea i had a doctors appointment. I suggest you find any Dentist. Doctors are good. Hygienist are good. Front office, the worst.

I have been going here for two decades now. The staff is professional, fun and friendly.  Today there was a miscommunication regarding my appointment, which I was totally displeased and disappointed.Spoke to Dr Gutierrez regarding my situation. The entire staff including  Dr Gutierrez was very apologetic. He offered to compensate me for this mishap, which was very thoughtful of him to do so.  Long story short, this Dental Office cares for their patients. 100% genuine! This is the best Dental Office in Long Beach that I truly recommend. They perform excellent work and superb customer service.  You won't be disappointed. They care for your well being. I love this staff, they are always so kind and knowledgable. I especially love Cathy! She comes through with the high standard chic fil a customer service. When they say they are keeping an eye out for an opening or will call me back, THEY ALWAYS DO!  The office is clean and they run on schedule. Kudos to them! The hygienist are thorough and my mouth leaves happy every time. I  go in knowing whatever work was done, is because I need it and not because they are scamming my insurance unnecessarily. (It has happened to me before)

this is way long overdue. Been coming here a few years now, ever since my Boyfriend introduced me.. Friendly staff, nice, and clean relaxing office. At times, it seems impossible to book an appointment with Ruby because she's so popular and busy. Yes, sometimes my overdue dental cleaning feels a little rough, but I know it's worth that clean smile - thanks Ruby! best hygienist ever. Ooh, and my 15 year old enjoyed his dental visit and is trying to floss and take better care of his teeth thanks to Dr. Gutierrez, for being so amazing and sweet!

I Just had a filing done by Dr Gutierrez.  It was my first time at the office and I was impressed by the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Dr. G was very nice and gentle, I didn't feel any pain.
