Vision, my new dental hygienist, who has done this work for 20 years, is absolutely amazing, showing total patience and thoroughness in attention to detail. I never realized until today how a completely professional dental hygienist does her joband she is as sweet and kind a person as she is efficient! p.s. the preceding comments do not come close to how great she really is

The whole practice is very unorganized and my experience has been terrible. They told me I needed to get some work done and that the appointment would be 2 hours (I specifically asked) - 3 and a half hours later I am still in there and they had only done half the amount of work they said they would. I go back in the second time to get the rest of the work done and. they said it would again be an hour and a half to two hours. The Dentist ends up being 45 minutes late and the whole appointment lasts 3 and half hours again. At the end of the appointment, they tell me I need to get more X-rays for the other side of my mouth. When the X-rays are complete, they tell me to go to the secretary who will walk me through the treatment plan where she tells me I need another three crowns. I have not had a crown my entire life and within the span of six months they tell me I need six? The dentist did not even have the decency to walk me through the treatment plan himself. Will be getting a second opinion, a new dentist, and never coming back here.

Digital Smiles is terrific. From routine cleaning to major dental work, the staff and dentists here are sensitive to patients needs and very attentive. Both my wife and mother-in-law have severe dental trauma from past negative experiences at other out of state dentists, and they were so encouraged by my good experiences that they are both now regular patients at Digital Smiles as well.
