RootVision Endo Long Beach

Was quoted an amount based on my insurance, and went into the appointment with that number in mind. They waited until I arrived to mention a $200 3D scan of my mouth that would be needed and unsurprisingly isnt covered by insurance. The procedure itself was totally miserable. I mentioned beforehand that I always need more than usual lidocaine numbing before dental work. The dentist acted annoyed that he had to keep stopping to keep numbing me, and only really finally gave me the appropriate amount until after I screamed OUCH loudly two times. Chair-side manner leaves a lot to be desired, and all the staff seemed like they couldnt be bothered. I will be looking elsewhere in the future should I need further endo work done.

Had 2 root canals done (1 new and 1 retreat). Mark at front staff was awesome explained to me all my options. Tech was awesome too wish I got her name. Doctor was great, fast, and efficient. I had no pain at all! Shouldve came here in the first place, prices were very affordable. Half of what these other places were charging.

I went in today for my first root canal and was extremely nervous about the pain typically associated with this procedure. Mark at the front desk was very helpful guiding me through insurance matters as well as preparing me for possible scans and treatments that I might need prior to my visit. I really appreciated the thoroughness and transparency. The office is very modern, spacious and clean. Technology looks modern and new. Michelle walked me through my X-rays and what was going to be done. Dr Sagong also explained what he was going to work on and allowed me to ask any questions. He is kind and has a calming demeanor which is very important to me. As for the procedure, I was blown away at how straightforward, quick and painless it was! Wow! You can tell Dr Sagong's expertise by his precise movements and "soft hands." Michelle worked seamlessly beside him. Thank you to the team for the all around exceptional experience!
