        Went in October 13th 2021. My partner was there to get work done but decided that same day it would be best not too for personal reason. We didn't sign off paperwork BUT GOT CHARGED when there was no work that was done. We've contacted this facility to let them know, we were given a 2-4 week time frame before we see the money refunded and were now in December.
