Where do I begin? Chuck initially marketed himself to us as a big flashy firm in a fancy highrise office building, we didn't find out until later that Chuck just rents a corner office from a larger unrelated family law firm. We also thought we were getting a "team" of knowledgeable professionals, but most of our case was handled by his paralegal who had not yet begun law school (she later left his practice to pursue her own law degree leaving Chuck to handle our case by himself thereafter). While I agree that Chuck was initially quite responsive, it became apparent almost immediately this was just to create the illusion that he was doing all this work on my case. Experience and integrity do not necessarily go hand in hand was my impression. While Chuck is extensively knowledgeable about the law, Chucks interests were entirely self serving at trying to resolve the case by doing the smallest amount of work after charging the most amount of money ($45k retainer just to START my case). My case has now landed in the hands of the public defender (who has to start from scratch) because my complete file records were so poorly put together and incomplete from Chuck's office. This was my first encounter with ever needing any kind of criminal legal representation and my impression of Chuck was like a general contractor of sorts. Charge the most amount of money, do the least amount of work and subcontract out as much of the work as possible (even if the person being subcontracted is not qualified enough to have been delegated the responsibility in the first place). Chuck also failed to fully inform me of the totality of the consequences of accepting the DA's plea offers, which in my opinion was extremely unprofessional. My case is still open/pending after almost two years, hopefully the Public Defender will net better results. My personal opinion is I should have just used the public defender from the start of my case, I guess that's what I get for being a man of my word and still retaining Chuck despite his initial fees skyrocketing from $25k to $45k just to start my case. Lesson learned.

Through the roughest patch of my life it was a blessing to find mr. Charles Frisco. Very responsive easy going and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
His professional experience far exceeded my expectations in my situation. He is knowledgeable and familiar with complicated cases and, the results speak for themselves.
