I always appreciate Andrew's professionalism and how he's helped me in the past, the personal bankers and management are always helpful. Darnell the security guard greets you with a smile and my consistent experience keeps me coming back. Thank you guys!

        I went in to inquire about an auto loan since I've never gone through a credit union. Don the loan officer was the most informative and helpful guy even though I did come in 30 minutes prior to closing. He provided the best service and so much information on many options I can do in my situation. I am thankful for his knowledge and great customer service skills. I will definitely do more loans and business with LBS Financial Los Alto branch. THANK YOU Don!

        People are great inside the bank. But the atm outside is unsafe and the people who use the atm get really close to you while you use the atm. That is unsafe. ATM USERS BEWARE.

The ATM should be well-lit at night and our security guard is often present to observe possible concerns during business hours. We will look into the concerns you’ve raised about the ATM area and have shared it with Senior Management.
