I come to Tierra Mia several times a week and love the drinks/staff. However, about 20% of the time (yes, 20%) the drink they hand to me is a completely different drink than what I ordered. I will literally hear them repeat my order back to me, get to the window, ask for a receipt, and the drink on the receipt is incorrect. The last two visits I ordered an iced vanilla latte with oat milk, as usual. The first time I was given a caramel latte with oat milk. I honestly didn't care and drove away cause it's oat milk still (if they make it with regular milk I have them re do it). Second visit today I was handed a oat horchata latte or cold brew . But the drinks are STILL SO GOOD so I didn't really care and still drove away. If you have a severe dairy allergy, walk in the building to order and do not go through the drive through. Let them know you have an allergy or there's a solid 5% chance you'll be given a drink with the wrong milk lol. But I will still come here weekly regardless of the very common mistakes because the staff are nice and the drinks are good, even when they're the wrong drink.
