I have loved this place for so long,they have great stuff. It seems lately a can't afford to buy 2 articles of clothing. I just can't afford to pay $16-25 for a dress and $18 for a top. I know it's not a lot but I just don't have that much money. It makes me really sad. I used to love to go here every week. Now a couple times a year. But let me say,I love this store! A great place with a good mission, where I usually donate all the clothes and household things that I don't use. The personal is ver kind and helpful. Thank you!!!

The Long Beach location pulled a bad move. I found a $5 bracelet that they put out today 12/3 that was a carved bone bracelet with elephants. I gave it to the cash register person to hold, he liked it stating he would buy it and started showing other employees the bracelet. Later that employees comes to me and says they are not going to sell it because they say it's ivory....it's not. I spoke with the managers who stated they needed to tested it, I asked them to test it then she said she didn't have the equipment. I then asked them how did they know it ivory. She stated she didn't know. I told them that was a bad move....I deal in Antiques it's not even a old piece and definitely not ivory, just a nice carved piece of bone. I feel had the cashier register guy not blab and show it to other employees I would of gotten a piece that DID have some Silver. Terrible customer servic. Caution when dealing with the LB location. Why put something out if you don't have the equipment to test it. Are you going to call me after you test it..you can find me at Andee's Vintage and Antiques in Bellflower, CA. Let see if they make this right.
