We found them through Costco when getting quotes for new vinyl flooring in my mother's kitchen. The pricing was great and they offer a fantastic warranty. Everything went smoothly and the Project Manager, Justin, was fantastic to deal with. He came out again to follow-up after the the project was completed. He was patient, caring, and an absolute pleasure to work with.

After burning thru a big box store that had serial product delays and another small flooring company that provided a "flexible" quote we went to Family Floors. From day one they were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I had many questions and was able to talk to the right people every time I called. We picked a LVP floor within our budget. The install team was right on time and installed our floor beautifully. They were also courteous and were able to work around the many challenges that our 70 year old house provided. Shout out to Gio who answered my thousands of questions and for the outstanding job done and especially for following the contours of our fireplace hearth. I can highly recommend Family Floors in Long Beach.

Family Floors is so quick and efficient. We had a lot of thick tile removed and had a lot of flooring installed as well as a staircase. I thought this project was going to take atleast a week, but it was finished in 2 1/2 days! They also look amazing!
