        When you need help they are there for you.  Especially Maristelle Vasco!  Every time I need something, she gets it done for me.  That is something that is difficult to find this day and age.  And that is something extremely valuable when it is about your financial needs.

        We have been business  customers of City National for a long time. Their customer service is  really top-notch. You can always get someone on the phone and they are  very helpful and knowledgeable. This has been critical to business  especially during the pandemic with all the additional challenges that  small businesses have had.  They are the perfect balance of a small  "local" bank with personalized service but big enough to handle your  business needs.

        The ATM at this bank does not work! Inserted debit card twice, and each time, the machine through up an error that it could not be read and to contact my bank. Then the machine would throw up an out of service message for a few minutes then reset. I had to go across the street to Chase, where lo and behold there's nothing wrong with my card and I was able to cash out. FIX YOUR ATM MACHINE.

        Love Love Love the City National Bank Long Beach team !!  They kill it every time.  I feel like they work 24/7 to make sure all my companies needs are met. I have a small business with multiple locations and they have exceeded my expectations Thanks again City National Long Beach !!!!

        This place absolutely rocks !!  Even when the branches aren't open, the folks there run laps around other banks and bankers. My primary contact there is Charles M. And he is outstanding.  I mean, I know I'm not even close to his largest or highest fee business client, but you would never guess that based on the service we received. These folks will go the extra mile and work well pass normal banking hours whenever needed.  We use City national Bank- Long Beach team for all our banking needs, and would strongly recommend them for anyone... big or small. Thanks Long Beach Team !
