ACA Automotive

My car's alternator went out, and I'm stuck in a parking lot near ACA Automotive. So I called to try and get some idea of what it would cost to replace it. The person who answered the phone wasn't helpful at all, and said I had to take my car to them first. I asked again if he could give me a ball park figure, and he just gave me the round a round. I guess they don't need my money. There goes customer service

I have a 2011 chevy cruze. The gasket was blown and needs full repair. The work done was excellent and the car runs smoothly. I only have two comments 1. You pay for what you get. Yes it may be slightly more expensive than your backdoor mechanic but it comes with the peace of mind that the work will be done properly and is covered with warranty. 2. Do not expect turn around service. Meaning good work takes time to complete, so expect that you will need to leave your car for some amount of time. Also, for even mundane maintenance, due to them being so busy, will result in at least a day wait or so. I dealt with Tona and he was excellent in his customer service, although there was one employee (whose name I forgot) who was not as did not have as satisfactory customer service and seem to be bothered by small questions until he found out I just spent 3400$. Then his tone changed quickly, my only comment would be, everyone should get the same respect regardless of, if they are asking a question or paying for services. Other than this small discrepancy the service was great.
