Brought my car here for some minor cosmetic damage. The staff here were great and informed me that due to the car being brand new it may take longer then expected. I got my car back in about a week. The car looked brand new again. Everything was fixed accordingly. Glad I brought my car here. Thanks.

This is the third time that I have taken one of my vehicles for repair at this location. The first two were an amazing experience. This time around has been nothing but a horrendous experience. My vehicle was taken in for minor damage (at best) of my rear bumper from a fender bender. When I asked for a time frame in the beginning, they could not give me one. I was told it could take longer than a week or even a month and that I would receive a call after dropping off my vehicle the same day to give me a time frame of when it would be done. I never received the phone call. I then received a notification of when my vehicle would be done through an application that they use. When I went in, I was told my vehicle was not done and that they forgot to update the application to let me know. One year ago I took in another one of my vehicles for rear bumper damage three times worse than my current damage and it was finished in two days. I was given an estimate by the repair person upfront and the repairs done were great. This lack of service is unacceptable for any business. People need their vehicles to get around and taking over a week to repair minor bumper damage when it was done previously in two days is unacceptable. Because of my previous experience, I recommended many people to this business. I even had two people tell me they took their car after I recommended it. I had other damage I wanted repaired but it looks like I will not be coming back here or recommending this business again. Whatever the reason, there is NO excuse for passing bad service to the customer.
